Terms of service

Last updated: 19 April 2026

Welcome to Examon. By using examon.co or any Examon app, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Examon is

Examon is a free practice app for students preparing for KCET 2026 and NEET UG 2026. It offers a question bank, mock tests, drills, spaced-repetition review, and analytics tools. It is NOT a coaching service, NOT affiliated with KEA, NTA, or any university, and does NOT guarantee any exam score, rank, or admission.

Your account

  • You may use Examon without an account (local-only mode).
  • Sign-in requires a valid Google account. One person per account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your Google credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18 in India, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

Acceptable use

When using Examon, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank or any content for commercial use.
  • Abuse the report / AI tutor features with spam, gibberish, or abusive language.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's security.
  • Use the service to cheat on actual examinations or impersonate another candidate.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt other users.

Content accuracy

We work hard to keep questions accurate and grounded in published PYQ sources, but we can't guarantee perfection. If you spot an error, use the "⚐ Report" button on any review screen — it lands in our admin inbox. Rank estimates, percentile figures, and projections are approximations based on published third-party data and your practice history; they are NOT official predictions.

Third-party services

  • Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting.
  • Google Gemini API for AI-generated explanations.
  • Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage analytics.
  • Sentry for crash reporting.

Your use of Examon constitutes acceptance of each of these providers' terms.

Intellectual property

The Examon name, logo, landing-page copy, and original commentary (mnemonics, solutions, elimination technique explanations, confusion-pair rules) are our intellectual property. Question text is drawn from publicly-available previous-year papers; where answer keys are cited, attribution is given. You may not redistribute Examon content without written permission.

User-submitted content

When you submit an error report, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the service. We may email you about the issue. Please don't include confidential information in reports.

Disclaimer of warranties

Examon is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Your exam results depend on many factors beyond any practice app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Examon. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1 (one rupee), consistent with the free nature of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Examon at any time — sign out, clear local data, and ask us to delete your cloud doc (reachshabib@gmail.com). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, announce them in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
